Boiler Service Plans

Boiler Service Plan
This plan is for gas boilers, regular, system and combi boilers:
- Spread the cost of your annual boiler service.
- We will ensure your boiler is serviced in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. This will ensure continued safe and efficient boiler operation.
- Routine annual A level service plan.
- Valid for service years 1-4.
Additional Benefits:
- Priority call outs for any other plumbing or heating work you may require, including full phone support. We can offer video calls to try and resolve issues over the phone.
- No call out charges for other plumbing and heating works within normal working hours (standard labour rates would apply)
- Access to out of hours emergency call out service for emergencies, out of hours call out rates would apply.
- Peace of mind knowing your annual service is taken care of, we shall contact you at least 4 weeks prior to its due date to book the service in at convenient time.

Landlord Plan
Our Landlords plan will cover the following:
- Annual boiler service ( routine A level service) We will ensure your boiler is serviced in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. This will ensure continued safe and efficient boiler operation.
- Landlords gas safety certificate.
- Portable Appliance Testing.
- Legionella Risk Assessment.
Additional Benefits:
- Phone support for tenants, we can carry out a video call to troubleshoot any issues prior to calling out.
- We can often resolve minor issues such as low system pressure, or boiler controls issues, saving the need to call out, saving you money.
- Priority call outs for any other plumbing or heating work you may require.
- No call out charges for other plumbing and heating works within normal working hours (standard labour rates would apply)
- Access to out of hours emergency call out service for emergencies, out of hours call out rates would apply.
- Discounted rate, 15% saving vs booking these services individually.
