Why do you need a
Landlord Gas Safety Certificate?
Under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, landlords in the UK are legally required to obtain a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) annually to ensure all gas appliances, flues, and pipework in rental properties are safe and compliant with regulations.
