Existing Customers
If you enter your mobile + postcode, the system should find your profile to allow you to book.
(The mobile number must match the mobile on our system, if this has changed or does not match, your profile will not come up, please just call us so that we can update our system.)
You can now also download our app which allows you to keep track of your upcoming appointments, view your job history & appliances, request appointments and track engineers en-route.
Our online booking system will allow you to select which appointment type you require, you can then select your preferred date and time. This is a live engineer diary, it will only show available appointments. Once booked, the job is confirmed within our system.
Please note, all times are noted as preferred, we generally operate a 2 hour window of arrival due to travel time between jobs. If you do have specific access requirements please note this within the booking notes or call our office.
Our engineers will call you on the day when they are on route.
New Customers
Our booking system will allow you to create a new profile, you can also download the app.
